We are a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) located in Miami-Dade County. CHC’s provide high-quality care at affordable prices. We offer services based on a sliding fee scale to ensure that we serve members of the community regardless of the ability to pay. In addition to primary and specialty medical care, we offer a variety of support services.

FTCA HEALTH CENTER This health center is a Health Center Program grantee under 42 U.S.C. 254b, and a deemed Public Health Service employee under 42 U.S.C. 233(g)-(n).
