About the event

Get ready for the school year with Empower U Community Health Center's Back to School Health Day! Join us on Saturday, August 9th for free immunizations and $35 checkups and physicals. We'll have appointments available from 9 AM to 1 PM, with limited walk-ins welcome. Don't forget to bring your insurance card, ID, Birth Certificate, and/or Shot records (if possible)! See you there!

We are a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) located in Miami-Dade County. CHC’s provide high-quality care at affordable prices. We offer services based on a sliding fee scale to ensure that we serve members of the community regardless of the ability to pay. In addition to primary and specialty medical care, we offer a variety of support services.
