Dr. Naghmana R. Chugtai, DNP, MSN, FNP-C, PMHNP-BC

Family Nurse Practitioner

Dr. Naghmana R. Chughtai, DNP, MSN, FNP-C, PMHNP-BC, is a dedicated healthcare professional with extensive experience in family medicine, women's health, STI including HIV. Currently serving as a Family Nurse Practitioner at Empower "U" Inc., she provides comprehensive patient care, including assessments, diagnoses, and treatments.


With a strong academic foundation, she earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) and Master of Science in Nursing from Florida International University and holds an MBBS from Rawalpindi Medical College. Dr. Chughtai has contributed to medical research, clinical education, and community health initiatives while maintaining certifications in advanced cardiac life support, phlebotomy, and EKG monitoring.

Her commitment to excellence in patient care and medical education is reflected in her extensive clinical experience and volunteer work in underserved communities.
